A small company with a wide range of experience

True North Aviation was founded in 2025 by a structural engineer who spent a decade working through every layer of the MRO world - from defect diagnosis on the hangar floor to running workshops, managing base maintenance projects, and eventually leading commercial strategy and M&A at the executive level. That background is the whole point of the company. It shapes what we offer, how we work, and the quality of the answers we give.

How we work

We operate as a lean, partner-led business - which means low overhead, fast decisions, and direct access to the people actually doing the work. There's no account manager layer between you and the person with the answer.

Most of our engagements start with a specific requirement: a part, a repair, a redelivery, a compliance question. From there, we scope what's actually needed and deliver it - without upselling what isn't. If we can't help with something, we'll tell you that too.

We work across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, and have active client relationships with MROs, airlines, lessors, and trading partners on four continents.
